Jason Herbert Dance will be presenting at the 4th Annual AbunDance Awards—a beautiful gathering rooted in culture, community, and legacy.

On Sunday, April 26, 2026 (4–7PM EST) at Crown Hill Theatre in Brooklyn, AbunDance Academy of the Arts—founded in 2022 by Karisma Jay—will honor Excellence, Vision, and Leadership in dance and beyond.

Come be in the room as we uplift this year’s honorees, including Renee Robinson, Abdel Salaam, Obamadele Husbands, Mouminatou Camara, Frederick “Earl” Mosley, Kevin Joseph, Sekou Heru, Caleaf Sellers, and Buddha Stretch, and experience live performances by AbunDance Academy, Forces of Nature Dance Theatr, FIYAA, Jason Herbert Dance, Brooklyn Ballet Youth Ensemble, and Mai-Elka Prado, along with special guest artists.
